Return Process

  Log in to your account or visit our support portal to submit a return or exchange request using your order ID and email address.

  Quality Inspection

  Once your request is submitted, please share photos of the product to ensure it is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  Reverse Pickup

  Our courier partner will be scheduled to pick up the items from your doorstep within 48 to 72 hours of your request approval.

  Refund Processing

  After the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
